Yes, we use environmentally friendly cleaning products that are safe for pets and children.
No, we bring our own supplies and equipment. However, if you have a specific cleaning product that you would like us to use, please let us know.
We have a rigorous hiring process and provide thorough training to our cleaners. We also conduct quality checks on a regular basis to ensure that our cleaning standards are met. Our cleaners are not only evaluated on basis of their cleaning skills but also leadership skills which ensures our clients get the best services they need.
If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours so that we can make it right. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Yes, we offer discounts for referrals and for customers who sign up for regular cleaning services.
We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning, there may be a cancellation fee.
